Solid Swivel V-Bar Pressdown Triceps Cable Attachment

The solid swivel pressdown V-bar is a cable pulley attachment precisely designed for use in a variety of triceps and biceps movements. The multi-axis swivel design allows your wrists to move naturally, producing a biomechanically superior movement. This not only reduces wrist strain but also maximizes the training effect on the target muscle group.

The solid chrome-plated steel construction of this V-bar offers the durability required in a demanding commercial gym environment. The precision knurling ensures your grip is secure and comfortable. The bar's angle is designed to maximally stimulate the triceps on pressdowns and, when flipped, the biceps during cable curls.

This pressdown V-bar is perfectly balanced to provide smooth exercise execution. The swivel function allows a small adjustment at the bottom of the pressdown and the top of the curl, to fully engage the targeted muscle.
