Shipping Policy

1. Shipping zones

We ship to mainland Spain (Andalusia, Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia, Extremadura and the rest of the mainland provinces), the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra. At present we do not ship to other destinations.

2. Shipping costs

The shipping cost depends on the total weight of the order and on the destination. It is calculated automatically and shown during checkout, before payment. On the mainland and in the Balearics the price includes the applicable VAT (IVA). For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, Spanish VAT does not apply, and the price includes the outbound customs clearance (export formalities).

If your order exceeds 1,000 kg, please contact us before purchasing so that we can prepare a transport quote for you.

3. Delivery time

Unless another timeframe is stated in your order confirmation, delivery will be made within 30 calendar days at most from the order confirmation. Large or heavy orders, or orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, may require longer transit times; if so, we will let you know.

4. Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: customs and taxes

These destinations fall outside the territory of EU VAT or the EU Customs Union. Import clearance procedures at destination, as well as any local taxes, fees or duties (for example, the IGIC in the Canary Islands, the IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla, or those applicable in Andorra), are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon delivery.

5. Receiving the order

Check the condition of the packages when you receive them. If the packaging is damaged or a package is missing, note it on the carrier's delivery note and let us know as soon as possible using the contact details below.

6. Delivery address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address and contact telephone number. If the carrier cannot deliver the order because of incorrect details or repeated absence, the additional costs of a new delivery attempt may be charged.
