Color Resistance Bands

The American Barbell color resistance bands are flat tools made of latex or rubber, designed for home or gym workouts. Their cutting-edge design makes them an exceptional resource for home training.

These bands are color-coded by resistance level. Both width and thickness vary according to each band's weight equivalent. They are extra long, allowing a wide range of uses, including as a pull-up assist.

Band types and resistance:

• BND-Micro: 0.6 cm wide and 0.6 cm thick, R 1-2.7 kg -Orange

• BND-Mini: 1.2 cm wide, 0.6 cm thick, R 2-11 kg – Red

• BND-MonMini: 1.2 cm wide, 1.2 cm thick, R 4.5-16 kg – Blue

• BND-Light: 3.2 cm wide, 0.64 cm thick, R 13.5-23 kg – Green

• BND-Ave: 4.5 cm wide, 0.64 cm thick, R 27-39 kg – Black

• BND-Strong: 5.7 cm wide, 0.64 cm thick, resistance 38-50 kg – Purple

• BND-MON: 10 cm wide, 0.64 cm thick, up to 100 kg of resistance – Grey
